Theona J. WAGNER Ritenour, 77, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Connellsville, Pa., died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004 in the St. Vincent Medical Center, Jacksonville, Fla. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Ricky (Tonya J.) Seius, of Jacksonville, Fla.; a son, Randall D. RITENOUR, of Interlachen, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a brother, William WAGNER, of Connellsville. Friends will be received t the Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 111 E.
