Frances R. THOBURN died Saturday, Nov. 4, 1995. She was a daughter of the late John C. and Eliza Arthurs Thoburn and was the dear aunt of Marty Stepanic (Adam) of Tomahawk, Wisc. She was a resident of Twin Towers Retirement Community, Cincinnati, Ohio, since 1979. She was a retired supervisor of pediatrics at the former Cincinnati General Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Twin Towers Chapel, Cincinnati. Arrangements are under the direction of the CHARLES A.
