Charles A. (Chick) RICHTER, 79, of Normalville, R.D. 1, died Thursday at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Wilma A. Campbell Richter; three sons, Paul F. Richter, Ray C. (Pete) Richter, and Michael L. Richter all of Normalville, R. D. 1; two daughters; Mrs. William (Ellen) Byers and Mrs. Harry (Patricia) Byers, both of Belle Vernon; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Domer Richter of Lorraine, Ohio, and Frank Richter of Normalville, R.D. 1; and three sisters, Mrs. John (Nettie) Laws and Alicia Lanning, both of Normalville and Dolly Rohm of Newburg, Pa. There will be no public viewing and private funeral services will be held under the direction of the Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home, 123 S. First St., West Side, Connellsville. Not related to me.
