Arthur B. DUGGAN, 70, of 210 E. Fairview Ave., Connellsville, died Tuesday in Highlands Hospital and Health Center. He was born Nov. 9, 1917, in Connellsville, son of the late John and Edna Byrne Duggan. He was a retired freight conductor for the B & O Railroad. He was a graduate of Connellsville High School in 1936 and attended Duquesne and Notre Dame Universities. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served with the U.S. Marines in Okinawa. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 21 of Connellsville and FO Eagles 493. Surviving are his wife, Genevieve Sherrick Duggan; a son, Arthur L. Duggan of Severna Park, Md.; two grandchildren; a brother, John Duggan of Connellsville, and four sisters, Virginia Duggan of Washington, D.C., Florence Tierney of Alexandria, Va., Eleanor Deas of Williamsburg, Va., and Joan Spear of Stone Harbor, N.J.
