Sarah Ellen WHYEL Isler, 88, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday, January 30, 2004 in Beverly HealthCare, Uniontown. She was born September 6, 1915 daughter of Charley and Helen MOORE WHYEL. Sarah was a member of Faith Assembly of God, Uniontown. She was predeceased by her husband, John A. ISLER, sisters, Helen Clark and Audrey Smith, a brother, Charles WHYEL, and parents. Surviving are six children: Alberta Palotta of Uniontown, Juanita Perkins and husband John of Warren, Ohio, Geraldine Beattie and husband Robert of Niles, Ohio, Nellie Stewart and husband Dewey of Lemont Furnace, Pa., Nancy Sawchanko of Masontown, Pa., John A. Isler and wife Junko of Killeen, Texas; 22 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; and sisters: Margaret McMurray of Uniontown, Elizabeth Whyel of Braddock, Pa., and Alice Vaughn of Connecticut. Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Visitation continues in Faith Assembly of God, Morgantown Road, Uniontown, on Tuesday, February 3, from 10 to 11 a.m. Services begin at 11 a.m. with Pastor Donald Immel, her Pastor, officiating.
