Alexa Paige MYERS, who was born on Monday, January 19, 2004, infant daughter of Darin and Carla Myers of Fairchance, Pa., died Saturday, January 31, 2004 in Morgantown, West Virginia. In addition to her parents she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Roland and Marie Olszewski, of Butler, Pa., and paternal grandparents, Robert and Sharon Myers, of Fairchance, Pa.; uncles, aunts and cousins. Funeral and interment services will be held on Wednesday, February 4, at 11 a.m. in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery Chapel, Smithfield, Pa., with Rev. Donald J. Immel officiating.
