    3. Hi Everyone. What I am finding in this discussion is a lack of compromise on the part of some people. Just because you find the obits useful or interesting does mean they are not cumbersome to others on this list. And just because you find the obits overwhelming or uninteresting doesn't mean that others aren't interested in receiving them regularly as a part of this list. There seems to be plenty of people in both of these camps. You all need to try to see a bit from the other's perspective and make some COMPROMISES (isn't this what all good relationships are about??!!)! I can't necessarily say what that compromise should be, but I think it would be proper for the administrator of this list to take everyone's opinions into consideration and decide what an appropriate compromise should be. Some of the compromise solutions that others have posted that may work: posting the obits only once a day, or maybe combining them in a few postings with some sort of index, so that people still receive them daily but they don't become cumbersome to those who aren't as interested. COMPROMISE. Please, people, we are all genealogists here -let's try to work respectfully together.
