George W. NICHOLSON, 87, of Normalville, Star Route, died Saturday at Hilltop Manor, Donegal. He was born March 26, 1901, in Clinton, son of the late Weldon and Sarah Meyers Nicholson Keefer. He has lived in Normalville for 45 years. He was a resident of Hilltop Manor for the past two years. He was a former coal miner and employee of the Pennsylvania Department of Highways and was retired from the Country Meat Market at Pennsville. He was a member of the Mill Run United Methodist Church. Surviving are three brothers, James of Ligonier, Weldon of Normalville, and Irvin of Normalville, R.D. 1; and a sister, Mrs. Iva Walker of Melcroft. He was predeceased by three brothers, William Nicholson, in 1904, Elmer D. Nicholson, in 1983, and Edward in 1985; and four sisters; Emma Burkholder, in 1940, Lucartha Walker, in 1968, Margaret Walker, in 1977 and Mary King in 1985. (11/2?/1988) Not related to me.
