G. Elmer (Beanie) WILLIAMS, 71, of Ruffsdale, R. D. 1, died Sunday at Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born June 20, 1916 in South Huntingdon Township, son of the late Emerson B. and Sarah E. Albright Williams. Prior to his retirement, he was owner and operator of Williams Garage in Mendon. He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army in the Pacific Theater. He was a member of Sewickley Presbyterian Church, South Huntingdon Township, BPOE No. 868 of Mount Pleasant. Surviving are his wife, Florence Grimm Williams; a sister, Mrs. Harold (Grayce) Sterner of Ruffsdale, R. D. 1; three stepsons, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ruth Fulmer Williams; his second wife, Lillian Vallery Williams, and two brothers, Lewis and Owen Williams. (4/24/1988 - Mill Grove) Not related to me.
