Samuel G. BYRNE, 62, of Eighty-Four R. D. 2, Somerset Twp., died Sunday in Humbert Lake Health Care Center, Washington, pa. He is survived by his wife, Cora Wiltrout Miller Byrne whom he married Dec. 24, 1971; four daughters, Mrs. Larry (Anna) Mahanna of West Alexander, Ruth VanHeemst and Mrs. Ronald (Sharon) Kern both of Claysville, and Sandy Rugg of Washington, Pa.; one son, Arthur D. Byrne of Washington, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Bob Byrne of West Newton; eight sisters, Mrs. Charles (Valva) Hoffman of California, Pa., Alma Jericho, Mrs. John (Margaret) DeAmbroggi, Mrs. Charles (Helen) Pelzer, and Mrs. Charles (Adele) Schwer all of North Charleroi, Maria Burton and Mrs. Chris (Betty) Dannels both of Lakewood, Ohio, and Mrs. Pierre (Violet) Behanna of Monongahela; nieces and nephews.
