William M. PHILLABAUM, 92, of Mount Pleasant, R. D. 4 (Carpentertown), died Saturday at Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born Oct. 12, 1896 at Hecla, a son of the late John and Maria Lowstetter Phillabaum. Prior to retirement, he was a coal miner. He was a member of the United Mine Workers. Surviving are his wife, Ellen Riley Phillabaum; three daughters, Mrs. Gail (Betty) Henry of Scottdale, Mrs. Harry (Ida Mae) Moyemont and Mrs. Louis (Nancy) Shipley, both of Mount Pleasant; three sons, William P. Phillabaum of McKeesport, James Phillabaum, at home, and Charles of Mount Pleasant; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
