Well, I have been with AOL since I got my computer in 2000 and this is the first time I've had a problem. I, for one, like AOL. I won't get into a discussion about the positives and negatives about AOL, but I think the problem is solved and I am back. All of my rootsweb emails are back again so I am satisfied with the outcome. Now, back to genealogy: The names I am researching in Fayette county are Wolford, Jones, Riggans. I also am descended from Hardy, but most of my research is with the first 3 names above. I've had the hardest time finding info on Riggans. (spelling varies) Good luck everyone! It's as simple as that and you won't have to worry about whether you will receive rootsweb lists messages or not. Sooner or later AOL will get the message that rootsweb messages are not SPAM. You may even save money too. Since dropping AOL in August 2002, my current ISP has not let one SPAM message through, and has not blocked one roootsweb list message. Jerry Dittman Boonsboro, MD
