James M. Silbaugh, 33, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004. Friends will be received in the DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, Uniontown, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2004, until 10 a.m., the hour of service, with the Rev.
