My gggrandmother Elizabeth Johnson, ophaned along with her siblings, was sent to live with Peggy Blackburn, after the death of Elizabeth's parents, the mother, Hannah Beal Johnson, in about late 1830's. Elizabeth later married George W. Wallace in about 1849.
