I am interested in your John Westley Fisher. I have in my Brownfield line a John Westley Fisher who married my grandfather's sister, Mary Brownfield. My dad remembers her as living in California, PA. She came to live with Dad's family for a little while when she was very old but went back to "Little" California later. I wonder if this John Westley Fisher would have been a son of John Westley Fisher and Susan Lilley. If that is so then my Great Aunt Mary Brownfield-Fisher married her cousin, which really wouldn't surprise me! According to Jane's info, Susan Lilley and my great grandmother, Harriett Rebecca Lilley were sisters. Harriett Rebecca Lilley married James Brownfield and was Mary's mother. Let me know what you think? Sherry Brownfield-Witt

Hi There All, I recently was told about a cemetery that I need to identify. It's in Lower Tyrone Twp. & is supposed to be not far from a Grange Hall that sounds like the name Briant or it could be Brant. Does anyone on here know what this place might be or about the cemetery? I understand the graves are in pretty poor condition but that there is some of the Hagerman Family buried there. Does this mean anything to anyone or is anyone working on that family? Thank You, Ellen (ETHS) Visit my web site at: http://www.familytreetracer.com <http://www.familytreetracer.com/>
Good Evening Fayette, Last week I visited Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Fayette City seeking the grave of Hannah (Annie) Campbell Malone Morgan, died 2/28/1906. She was found and nearby I noticed some other Campbell graves that may or may not be related but may be important to some of you. These are: John M. Campbell, 1853-1916....wife, Barbara Campbell, 1858-1922 (could be Hannah's brother John Miller Campbell.....her mother's maiden name was Susan Miller (married Samuel Campbell). Also found: Thomas Campbell 1867 - George W. Miller June 5, 1873, 1962......Ellen H. Miller Dec. 26, 1873-Dec. 12, 1960. Louis McCune Miller, Mar. 15, 1902, July 30, 1931.......Gladys Batten Miller, Oct. 26, 1884-Jan. 27, 1901. In the old section across the road were: Elizabeth Campbell 1827-1908......James Campbell, 1846-19???....Jane Campbell 1849-1908.......Ellen Campbell 1872-1873.......George Campbell 1879-?1879? Edward Campbell 1856-1936, Achsah Campbell 1882-1964. Note: I am not researching the Campbell name but have a brief file because of Hannah Campbell Malone. She married first, Aaron Malone and had 9 children (?). After becoming a widow she married Thomas Morgan (also a widow from first wife Emma or Emly ?). Tom and Emma had Morgan children. Tom and Hannah then had two more children: Margaret Morgan and Adeline Morgan. (Adeline was raised for awhile by the McKnight family). Any information on the Morgan family would be very appreciated. Tom Morgan and Emma were my great great grandparents. Their graves have never been found in Little Redstone Cemetery. Hope I have helped someone tonight. Rosalie
Can someone tell me where I can find Brownsville City Directories? Does the library there have them, or are they in another location? I'm also wanting to look at newspapers from there for around 1900. Where can they be found? Thanks, Ruth
