I have 18 different spellings for my Show line and 12 different for m Romesburg line. The spelling is changed for many reasons, unable to write, not wanting to be associated with the original spellings for what ever reason.     3. Hi Glenn, I don't know how many of your readers remember my brother Herk DURSCHLAG. He left Brownsville High School in the 11th grade. My parents and two brothers (Herk & Lou) moved to Glen Burnie, Maryland. On January 13th, many of you may have read about it in the newspaper or seen it on television, there was a terrible accident on I 95 in Maryland. A gasoline tanker fell from an overpass onto I 95 into the path of a tractor-trailer truck. Herk was in a pick-up truck behind the tractor-trailer. Four people altogether were killed instantly. He was 62 years old, and retired from Westinghouse. He was married, had three children, five grandkids and a grandson born on the 15th of January. Mrs. Sperandio was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Fredericktown, Pa., the Beth-Center Senior Citizens, and a member of the Campbell Clan. On March 20, 1976, she married Frank C. SPERANDIO, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Jill Patterson, of Centerville, Pa.; a son, Joseph CAPUTO, of Fredericktown, Pa.; a daughter, Jana Brooks, of Sausalito, Calif.; a brother, George CAMPBELL, of Beaver, Pa.; and grandchildren, Sharon, Leigh and Jack PATTERSON and Joseph and Tana CAPUTO. Skip was born March 30, 1942, in Luzerne Township, Pa., the son of William L. and Catherine E. AINSLEY MERRYMAN. He had worked at General Motors Lordstown Plant for over 30 years, before retiring in 1997. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, and later in the Army Reserves. He was a member of the Wickliffe Presbyterian Church, the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 3298, and United Auto Workers No. 1112. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed golfing, fishing, horseback riding and bowling. He is survived by his wife, the former Janet PRINE Fowler, whom he married June 13, 1981; a daughter, Michele MERRYMAN, of Georgia; a son, Skip MERRYMAN and two grandchildren, Stacia and Kyle MERRYMAN, all of Virginia; and a brother, William (Jacque) MERRYMAN, Jr., of Hopwood, Pa. He had only returned from the Veterans' Hospital at Aspinwall a short time ago, where he had gone for treatment. He was a veteran of the World War. He had been employed for a number of years in the Scottdale plant of the United States Steel Company. He was a member of the St. John's R. C. Church of Scottdale and of the Thomas Lewellen Post of the American Legion of that place. Surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Bernard and Margaret at home; Mrs. Bridget Rupple of Pittsburgh; Michael of Scottdale; Mary of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Catherine Jarrett of Pittsburgh. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Dora McCahill, and the following children: Betty, William, Dora and Eleanor. Three sisters and two brothers likewise survive. The body was removed to the home of a brother-in-law, Thomas Herring, of the Messmore Road. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in St. Jacob's Lutheran Church. Rev. Sholtz, pastor of the church, will officiate and the services will be in charge of the Fort Mason Post of the American Legion. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Not related to me.
