    2. I don't have PAF Companion in front of me, but my guess is that it just remembers the last file it used. You would need to launch Companion, then go to File_Open and select the new one. (You might need to close the original one first). I think you can also get to Companion through the Tools menu in PAF, in which case, if you new file is the active one Companion should use it automatically.
