If you have not imported the GEDCOM, the replace function in Wordpad or Notepad works great. If you already have imported the GEDOM, go to Tools, Global Search and Replace, and select Full Name from the pull down option list. If there's >lots< of variation on the spelling, you'll need to do each one. BE SURE to do a backup before doing any Global Search and Replace - one slip can cause very unexpected and unwanted results.
