Open to the Individual Screen view, place cursor anywhere on the column title bar and right click. From the drop-down click on Add or Modify Columns and make certain the items you want to see have been moved from the left pane to the right pane. Had a patron yesterday with the same problem you describe and somehow name, rin #, etc. had not been placed in the right pane. Don't know how or why this happens, but this is a quick fix.
