It's also possible that the new HP m7067c actually does have problems - either hardware malfunction or software bugs. The problem could have been caused by either the original HP assembly or something (hardware or a software program) installed by the retail seller. If it's still under warranty, make the seller prove it works correctly before returning it. If the seller can't or won't make that demonstration, then return it and get a different computer from a different seller. Rod
