in order to change the sex the individual must not be linked in a marriage. you will have to delete all marriages for an individual and then change the sex and then you can add the marriage back. Boyoboyoboy!! Larry, that is a bummer!! I am having the dickens of a rime trying to enter names and dates for children, of a couple. The lady's name in my info form sources is known, but the program has her to be 'xxx /UNKNOWN/' and I have no idea how to change the names, so that there is only one marriage!! So, the children end up being 'adopted' when such is not the case!! Many little 'flippy-floppy' and (to me) strange results from what seem to be simple entrys!! It is a challenge!!
