I ran a backup on my data this morning. It said I had one error, so I ran check/fix, and it was a pointer problem. After it fixed that problem, I ran check/fix again; it found another pointer problem, fixed that, and ran it again, and it's still finding pointer problems. Why isn't it cleaning all the problems at one time? What is the best way to avoid all the problems. Should I gedcom out to get a *hopefully* clean copy? Thanks. Kathy
