Thanks > > PAF 2.3 was a DOS program. In those days PAF had to talk to the printer directly. So there were files containing the specific info PAF 2 needed for each model of printer that was supported. PAF 5 is a Windows program. Managing printers is Window's job. PAF doesn't need to know how to make the printer do special tricks. So PAF 5 doesn't need to know what kind of printer you have. If you can print a simple test file from Wordpad then PAF 5 will be able to print what it needs to. If this doesn't work for you then we will need more info to diagnose the problem.
