    3. Hi Donna, Your question is a good example that illustrates the difference between a source and a citation. In my opinion, the source entry in your Source List should not specifically refer to your grandfather's funeral card. I recommend that you have an entry in the source list with a title as follows: Family Records: Hrynkiw, Donna (You are the author and the publisher details is "Unpublished Personal Records" This source entry will be the entry to which you link all the personal records you have in your personal files as citations. The Actual Text field for this source entry will contain a brief description of your collection as a whole and how you have it organized. In the source entry for your grandfather's death, you will enter a citation linked to the above source entry with all of the details of the funeral card listed in the citation. The entire text of the genealogical information on the card should be entered in the Actual Text field of the citation. A copy of this citation can be used everywhere else in your file for individuals that are referred to in the genealogical details.
