I have just learned that my estranged Mother passed away in February at the age of 92. Does anyone know how soon that information will register with SSDI. I am going to ask this to save time. Where in California do I send for a "Certificate of Death"? Is it possible to get the information on the certificate on the internet?? I will no doubt need to send for more than one Certificate as she changed her name four times. I do know where she was at the time of her passing. Thank You, JC
