FTM costs $ PAF is free I understand from my FTM user friends that the new FTM 2005 is more and more like PAF. While I have used various genealogy programs I find it hard to compare. They are just different. In this case FTM may provide more types of reports/printouts. PAF only has 23. I have a source that offers information about the existence of a person and a relationship (father to son). No further traditional genealogical information is offered (birth death, marriage, etc). How do I cite this document as the source of the existence of a person and their relationship to someone?
