The Actual Text when you Create a source from the Edit, Source, New menu chain goes with the 'entire source' - it will be part of every citation you use after that. The Actual Text when you cite a source for an event will be tied only to that event. If you are making a unique source for that specific funeral card (instead of one source called Funeral Card and then adding specific details for the citation of that source (each person's funeral card) then you could enter it there.
