They'll still change when you merge databases, but you can search on the Custom ID and still find the right people. Mind, now, you may want to put a "C" for Carolyn in front of _your_ RINs and a different letter for "H"er RINs, because your #23 is unlikely to be the same as her #23, and if you start discussing #23, it works better if you both mean the same person?
