Hi Rosemary, Another way is to use the List Report - "Citations Referencing a Source" - by selecting each of the "identical" sources in turn (noting their sequence in your source list) - the report will itemise the individuals and events were each source has been used. Also, in reviewing sources - as you view the Citation - there is a "Replace" button available that lets you attribute the Citation to a different source. I have used this when I have occasionally divided a source into two (for example dividing a source for the IGI into IGI-extracted and IGI-submitted). I've somehow managed to create two identical sources. I would like to delete one. But how can I check if I have added one or the other to any ancestor? From what I can see, there is no way to distinguish one from the other when I look at an individual file.
