The latest version of PAF Companion has a pop up dialog box for the Bow Tie Chart Options. One tab is for color. Are you trying to set NONE for the color here? And then the white and black is only for the primary person in the bow tie chart? What you can do is select one of the other options, like Gender. Which makes men blue and women pink. Then you can change the fill color for those 2 to white. A friend and I were trying to print a bow-tie chart for her daughter, and the girl's data in the middle of the bow insisted on printing white-on-black. We didn't like it because it was hard to read, so I spent about 15 minutes trying to fix it.
