I have had PAF Insight installed on my computer for over a year and used it initially, then got very involved with an extraction program and didn't have much time to work on my genealogy. Now I am trying to make time for it and have discovered that I can't gain access to PAF insight. I still shows up when I go to tools. When I click on it, the program comes up with and everything looks normal. When I go to the "Log In" button, the little window on the upper right corner of that quarter of the page shows "Signing On," but then shortly is says "Bad connection" and doesn't give me the boxes to fill in my sign on and password. Does anyone have any suggestions? Mary Tigard, Oregon
