    2. Go to the PAF Insight website and look for trouble shooting. By the way, there was mandatory upgrade recently, did you do that? If not go to the website and do the upgrade. Now I am trying to make time for it and have discovered that I can't gain access to PAF insight. I still shows up when I go to tools. When I click on it, the program comes up with and everything looks normal. When I go to the "Log In" button, the little window on the upper right corner of that quarter of the page shows "Signing On," but then shortly is says "Bad connection" and doesn't give me the boxes to fill in my sign on and password.
