Cheryl, Maybe I don't understand your question, but I don't understand why you don't just cut & paste the notes from one person's notes to another's. Or cut or copy all of the notes from "X" to your word processor, then select which ones you want for a, b,c, d,e, etc., and paste them in. Either way is very simple to do. You don't have to print to file. I cut online text all the time and paste it into PAF notes with no problems with HTML code. However, if pasting into my word processor (I use WordPerfect 10 but it is the same in all software as far as I know), I use Edit, then Paste Special, then select Unformatted Text. Don't use Ctrl-V to paste. Joan Lowrey
