Just curious if the file you are trying to work with has ever been used on a different computer. On Friday I had to help one of our FHC staff members who had saved a file at the FHC but then could not use it at home. It turned out that we needed to go on a computer with Admin privileges and change the security settings of her portable hard drive to allow everyone full access. Sometimes you can fix a problem like that by emailing the file to yourself.
