First, you have to check the box 'Print background' in the Printing options menu. Open the Internet Explorer then Tools/Internet Options/Advanced menu. Scroll down to option 'Printing' and tick off the button. If you are using Firefox it's under File/Page Setup. For Mac, I do not know but it must be somewhere there.
