I would re-enter them as new individuals, and copy and paste the notes and information from your old information. Then hook them up to the family, see if that works. Then delete the old ones, once you know the new ones are working. That may be a quick fix, then you won't lose your old data. PAF-5 insists that two particular children are adoptive. They have been unlinked from their parents and relinked, no help. I deleted the marriage and reconstructed it, no help. The MRIN number was the same before and after the deletion and reconstruction. Does that matter? Check and repair on the file is clean. I haven't tried deleting the four individuals and reentering them yet since there are a lot of notes to contend with. And the problem doesn't occur with other families. Any suggestions? You can copy and paste all the notes to a word processing doc, then copy them back if necessary.
