PAF (or Windows) usually remembers the last place you saved something, sometimes even if it was when using a different program. After selecting the FGS and clicking the print to file box, when you click the Print button a dialog window comes up where you select the file name. At the top of that window is a place where it will say "Save in:", and yours is set on the "A" drive. When you click "Save", it is just attempting to save the file where it was told. You need to click the drop-down arrow in the "Save in:" field and navigate to where you really want the file to be saved.
