    2. The view setting in Word can affect how things appear on screen so try changing that. Might be good to state what version of Word too.     2. Thank you, Gary!! As soon as I switched to Print Layout (Word 2003) everything was fine. I usually run Word in the Print Layout view, so I didn't even think about it having changed from that. All is well, and thanks again!!
