Marg: The Church is providing a way for commercial vendors to let you 'tie' your PAF data to the new FamilySearch. Ancestral Quest will let you keep using PAF as long as you want -- at least for several years -- and if you also want to connect your PAF data to new FamilySearch, AQ can act as the bridge between PAF and NFS. If you really like PAF, no reason to not continue using it.
