Just thought some of you would be interested in what I could find regarding a donated body. I went to the St Louis University site online and found information about donated bodies. The cremains are commingled and buried in a single place by the Med School Campus Minister, staff and students involved, in Sts Peter and Paul Cemetery. In the fall each year there is a memorial service for the families. In St Louis the Catholic Archdiocese has a web page for all the cemeteries they supervise. Using that page I easily learned where and when those cremains were buried. It seems that family members can be shown the area, but I would think that anyone familiar with that cemetery could easily find it, since the section and lot are shown online.
