I would like to make a descendants chart of an individual and send it by e-mail. The only way that I can get a descendants chart is by going through "print reports". But I can not copy it to my e-mail message. What am I doing wrong? Ruth

Ruth, Did you click print to file on the bottom right of the Reports and Charts Screen? If not you need to. It will then be saved to your documents or where ever you direct it. You can then find it there and attach it to an email. Ruth, you ask about making a copy of a chart to send with your Email. Before you create the report, you must check off the Print to File box in the lower right corner of the Reports and Charts window. By doing this, after you have created the chart, you will be asked where you want to save your chart. I normally save the chart to My Documents and then can easily add it as an attachment to my Emai.
