Hi Renee, I have spent many thousands of hours using PAF and maybe 200 using PAF Insight, with no crashes or lost data. I consider PAF to one of the most reliable programs I have. Legacy6 on the otherhand (the free version) crashes from time to time on my computer. (I guess it comes to the caveat in new car brochures: "Actual mileage may vary depending upon the driver.")
