John, what happens when you start the program from the Start menu? Start > Programs > FamilySearch > PAF 5 Same thing or different? If it installated correctly, that photo should be replaced in a few seconds with a large menu, where you can click on Cancel to enter the program. If this does not happen uninstall PAF and install it again.
