Open PAF select RIN 1 FILE/PRINT REPORTS Select: Book = 3 gen suppress RIN/MRIN RTF print. Doc opens in WORD; click the para symbol. Behind EVERY NAME indexed is the RIN. *How* do I make it NOT do that? Or, as an alternate, how do I get those out of the rtf without sitting here manually editing 1500 index entries? Tnx Cheryl
