Not sure what you are doing. I just opened PAF5 (with my default database opening automatically). I then used the file>open menu to open a second database. Under the Windows menu I have the selection of either or I can choose to stack vertically, horizontally, or Cascade the files in the PAF5 window. It sounds like that is what you want to do. I am on VISTA with this test. I have used the same process on XP in the past and see no reason why it would not work on Windows 7.
