Restore loads the data into the same name PAF file as the restore name (fileXYZ.zip will give fileXYZ.PAF). If you save to a different name, then it will not overwrite your data. If it is the same name, then it overwrites your database. Many folks do database backups with the date included in the name. That is the safe way to do it. If you want to restore to the same file name as the original, then you need to change the name of the backup file.
