To all Erie Co (PA) researchers and interested list members, The theme for March on the Erie Co (PA) Genealogy website is "Land Records". This includes deeds, land warrants, tax assessment records, Platt map extracts and any other items related to "Land". Anyone having any material related to this theme, please contact me, or just send it. Our January/February Church related theme added quite a number of pages, although a large portion of this was from the St Paul's dedication booklet. Many thanks again to all of those who volunteered time to transcribe pages from that booklet. A late February contribution remains to be posted, and I may still get back to several of the extracts from my own library. I am starting my fourth year as the volunteer county coordinator for the website at http://www.rootsweb.com/~paerie. For anyone new to this mail list, or for anyone who may not recall, I am not the administrator/coordinator for this mail list. One of the purposes of this mail list is to support the Erie Co (PA) Genealogy website, but any issues or concerns with regard to the website should be sent directly to me at ErieCoGenie@att.net . The only reason I bring this up, is that I would like to solicit suggestions from any or all of you on what you like or don't like about the website, what might be done to improve it, what you think of the monthly themes, what you think of the township setup, and any other comments. However, I do not want this feedback to be sent to this list - please send directly to me. I will summarize and post on the website.
