Jennifer, In looking around the Erie County (PA) Genealogy web site, I note several references to Keepville, which is a crossroads southwest of the borough of Albion in Conneaut Township. Please note the 1896 map at http://www.rootsweb.com/~paerie/maps/conn1896map.htm and the modern day map at http://www.rootsweb.com/~paerie/graphics/WestErieCoPA.jpg , plus the online history of Conneaut Township from the Bates book at http://www.rootsweb.com/~paerie/bates/batesconneaut.htm . I also looked up Keepville in my 1896 copy of Nelson's history, but it essentially said the same thing. Our county cemetery listing shows two cemeteries that could be possibilities - I am not familiar with this part of the county but perhaps others are - the Keepville Cemetery and the Old Keep Burial Ground. I also would like to suggest that you post a query to the Erie County GenConnect query board at http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Pa/Erie if you have not previously done so. The GenConnect system is becoming a standard globally in that anyone around the world doing a search on the surname, in this case KEEP, not just people in Erie County (or people looking in Erie Co), will see the query and perhaps respond. Queries that contain a lot of factual data but are not too long, and ones that are very specific with names and dates tend to gain the most attention. I have posted this reply also back to the mail list in case someone in the Albion area can provide better information about Keepville and the cemeteries there. Hope the above helps.
