Happy New Year to everyone. May all your brick walls come tumbling down in 2001! So far I have uploaded 135 of the 366 bios for the city of Erie from the Bates 1884 History of Erie Co. I have already transcribed all 366 and will be uploading the remainder within the next few days. Also, I am almost finished with the transcription of the 141 bios for Corry and will also be uploading them soon. Once these are done, then I will finish transcribing the bios for all the townships. I'm not sure how many there are for the townships, but the number is considerable. Although I have already transcribed many of the township bios, there are still many more to be done. Hopefully I will be able to finish this project within the next few months. I hope everyone enjoys reading and learning about the history of Erie Co. and its people as much as I have.
