    3. Hello List, Reminder - Rootsweb will be down for an unspecified time on Friday starting about 11AM EST for maintenance of system. Following changes have been made to http://www.rootsweb.com/~paerie : February 20-22, 2001 Added new cemetery page for Saint Mary of Czestochowa Polish National Catholic Church Cemetery, which was a 'lost' cemetery rededicated on 21 Feb 2001 by the City of Erie. Added a new feature page to Faces of Erie County - Wescott Siblings of Albion. February 17-19, 2001 Added two personal web page links to Faces of Erie County for two Erie County families. Added some naturalization record guidelines to the Courthouse & Vital Records page as submitted by Gaylene Banister. Now for some details of the cemetery posting - The Erie Times-News carried an article in Thursday's paper concerning the rededication of the Polish National Catholic Cemetery on Merline Avenue in south Erie. Please go directly to http://www.rootsweb.com/~paerie/cemeteries/PNACemErie.htm and read the story of this cemetery as contributed by Dick Tefft. Dick also provided the photo of the memorial stone. I would like to repeat a portion of the article that Dick submitted for posting concerning the effort of the Erie Society for Genealogical Research (ESGR) - "The Erie Society for Genealogical Research is now heading up the effort to find the names of as many of those burials as possible in order to get all the burials identified on that memorial. If anyone knows of any other burials there please let ESGR know by writing to them at PO Box 1403, Erie, PA 16512. If it can be verified that a person is buried there and not listed on that memorial, they will see to it that it gets added."
